To inspire and enhance entrepreneurial leadership skills among 18-32 year Qatari nationals, thus raising their level of professionalism and business acumen in support of the economic diversification of the state.

In Qatar, Intilaaqah aims to enhance the entrepreneurial thinking among young Qatari nationals in order to raise the level of professionalism
and to increase their effective participation the economy. This will support the policy of diversification of the economy of Qatar.

Intilaaqah Qatar will also:

1. Raise awareness of business start-ups as a viable career choice and stimulate business start-up by young people.
   
   
2. Provide role models for young Qatari nationals via the programme publicity campaign and annual awards ceremonies.
   
   
3. Conduct training and workshops aimed at providing a high degree of professionalism in essential business skills.
   
   
4. Assist young Qatari nationals in starting successful businesses; Provide? “sign posting” for youth enterprise support
   programmes in Qatar.
