Workshops
Bright Ideas Workshop three, 2-3 hrs workshop sessions spread out over a period of 2 weeks where the participants learn more about evaluation of business ideas, brainstorm various ideas, review the market place, and discuss what constitutes a good business plan. The final deliverable is a one-page summary outlining a business idea. During the courses the participants are allowed to develop any business idea, as long as it constitutes a legal activity in the State of Qatar.


Become A Successful Owner Manager (BSOM)workshop

To inspire and enhance entrepreneurial leadership skills among 18-32 year Qatari nationals, thus raising their level of professionalism and business acumen in support of the economic diversification of the state.


Awards

IAt an annual event, usually held in the form of a Gala dinner and attended by prominent figures of the society, awards will be given to winners in different categories, like: Best start up business, most successful business, or best business plan. The objective is to provide role models for the community and create awareness for the programme. The judges will include prominent government officials which will add credibility and fair play to the programme. The Awards ceremony is also important as the partners will have branding opportunities and will be able to demonstrate their commitment to the community.


Counseling/Mentoring The aim of the counseling/mentoring service is to act as a gateway for youth enterprise and for the programme. The counseling service supports (future) Intilaaqah participants with guidance on the program and their personal ambitions to help them make the best choice on whether to become an entrepreneur or not. There will also be follow-up services to provided continued mentoring to those who have completed the programme and are starting their business.
